March and April 2019 SNAP Benefits Due to the partial government shutdown, most February 2019 SNAP benefits were issued early, during the month of January. In order to shorten the amount of time between the February, March, and April benefit issuance dates, MDHS has made adjustments to our normal issuance schedule.
