Beginning March 11 at 9pm, your card access will transition to a new cardholder website.  The transition will last until 1am on March 12.  During those hours, you will not be able to use your benefits card to make purchases or withdraw money from an ATM.  Additionally, the current website ( and customer service line will not be available.
After the transition has been completed on March 12, you will need to go to and set up a new ID and password.
 The Customer Service number will also change: 1-855-709-1079.
 You do not have to order a new card.  Your current benefits card will still be okay to use.
