Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) helps people make their SNAP dollars stretch, learn how to cook healthy meals, and lead physically active lifestyles. MDHS partners with Mississippi State University Extension Service to operate the Happy Healthy Mississippi Program.

SNAP-Ed in Mississippi is sponsored by the Mississippi State University Extension Service, the Mississippi Department of Human Services, and the United States Department of Agriculture Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
