3 Submit Application and Supporting Materials

Send your application and supporting documentation to the Mississippi Department of Human Services Division of Early Child Care & Development (DECCD). You can submit your application three different ways:

4 Register for e-Ledger Training

Approved CCPP providers submit child attendance for payment through CCPP to DECCD on a monthly basis. You will submit this information through the CCPP e-Ledger.

After you apply to be an approved provider for CCPP, you must register for and attend a provider e-Ledger training webinar (online training) held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 12:30 p.m. You must register in advance and attend the entire session to receive credit for attendance.

5 Receive Approval and Begin Accepting CCPP Payments

When your application is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Provider ID and your eligibility effective date. This is the date when you are eligible to begin receiving reimbursement for serving children who receive CCPP tuition assistance.

Your CCPP reimbursement amount will be based on the attendance of children in your care who are receiving CCPP tuition assistance each month. You will submit this information through the eLedger system once per month.
