Apply to be a Provider in the Child Care Payment Program
If you are a child care provider and would like to become a CCPP-approved provider, download a copy of the application and follow the instructions below.
Supporting Documents
The CCPP Application requires a few supplemental documents that should be included with your application. These are:
- Copy of the center’s current license from the Mississippi State Department of Health.
- Copy of the director’s diploma.
- W-9 form (W-9 form instructions)
Send All Materials to DECCD
Second, send your application and supporting documentation to DECCD. When your application is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Provider ID. You can apply three different ways:

Register for eLedger Training
Attend a provider e-Ledger training webinar (Online Training) held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 12:30 p.m. You must register in advance and attend the entire session to receive credit for attendance.
